Returns
Returns & refunds
You have up to 14 calendar days from receiving your order to exercise your right of return, as long as the item is in perfect condition and keeps its original packaging intact, just as it was delivered.
How to start a return
Write to us at lightstandshop@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within 24–48h with instructions.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked the product, we'll refund the same payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Faulty products
If your order arrives damaged, write to us within 48h with photos and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.

How long does shipping take?
3 to 5 working days for shipments within the United States, and 5 to 8 working days outside the United States. That includes the day it takes us to get it ready. Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel at any time.
Is the light very bright?
No. Sakura Bloom Lights are designed to give a warm, soft, relaxing light — perfect for decorating and setting a mood without being harsh.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Every product we sell carries a 3-month SakuLumi warranty against manufacturing defects, and a full year when your order includes the Duo Pack: if something fails within that time we repair it, replace it or refund you.
